From August 6th through October 28th, nurses and CNA’s have the opportunity to earn points when they work a full 12 hour shift – and those who work at a Prime hospital or Kindred will earn even more points. How it Works
1. Earn 2 points when you work a weekday shift (Mon. thru Friday)
2. Earn 3 points when you work one or any combo of the following…
A. Weekend shift (Sat. or Sun.)
B. Prime Hospitals (La Palma, Centinela, San Dimas, Chino Valley,
Montclair)
C. Kindred Hospitals
3. Only FULL 12 hour shifts qualify to earn points
4. Accumulate points from August 6th through October 28th (3 months)
5. On November 1st…
A. You will be notified of your total points.
B. You will be able to select your prize.
